Rigid boxes

Packly rigid boxes are supplied fully assembled. Every component is glued and calibrated during production, so you receive the product ready to be filled, with no assembly steps on your part.

The lid and bottom box consists of just two components: the bottom and the lid that wraps around it when closed. The 3-piece version introduces a central inner element housed within the bottom, which remains only partially visible when the box is closed, creating a contrast between the volumes. The first focuses on clean lines and simplicity; the second on a more layered depth effect.

The choice depends on the experience you want to build around the product. If you are looking for direct visual communication, with no elements that distract from the artwork, the lid and bottom structure is the most straightforward solution. If, on the other hand, you want the unboxing moment to communicate a superior level of care on its own, the 3-piece configuration adds that extra perceptual detail.

The external dimensions indicate the overall footprint of the box, whilst the internal, or usable, dimensions correspond to the space actually available for the product. The difference between the two depends on the thickness of the structure, which may vary according to the strength and finish requirements of the project.

The inner structure is made from board, chosen to ensure rigidity and dimensional stability. A covering is applied to this base: a white coated paper that forms the printable surface of the box.

Unlike many rigid boxes on the market, which come with pre-coloured papers or predefined coatings, Packly's white base leaves the surface free from any pre-existing colour constraints. You can customise the entire box with your own artwork, not just a logo applied to an already-defined background.

Packly rigid boxes are suited to fashion and accessories, jewellery, cosmetics, wine & spirits, premium food, giftware, gifting, corporate products, luxury products, promotional packaging and special editions: every sector in which the structure and customisable surface contribute to communicating value.
