Shipping times by destination
Once shipped, your order is handed over to the main international express couriers: timings depend on the company responsible for delivery. The estimated times, starting from the day the order is shipped, for the main destinations are:
- Italy: 1-2 working days (3-5 days for pallet shipments)
- Europe, United States and Canada: 3-5 working days (5-8 days for pallet shipments)
For shipments to non-EU countries (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States), customs clearance times may be added to those stated above: you will find details on duties, VAT and the documentation required in the articles dedicated to each destination.
You can track the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking number, which will be sent to you by email and is also available in your MyPackly area, Orders section.
